Houston-based rapper, Megan Thee Stallion continues to bring the heat as she recently released her new track titled “Hot Girl Summer,” inspired by the inescapable catchphrase of Summer 2019.
The summertime track boasts features from Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla Sign.
“It’s about women and men being unapologetically them, just having a good-ass time, hyping up their friends, doing you,” she told The Root when asked about the Hot Girl Summer movement. “You definitely have to be a person who can be the life of the party and just a bad bitch.”
Megan Thee Stallion announced the release via Instagram with a caption that read;
“HOT GIRL SUMMER FT. @nickiminaj and @tydollasign OUT EVERYWHERE NOW ”
