Manchester United are consistently linked with Brazilian forward, Evanilson and the latest reports are intriguing.
According to a story covered by Jornal de Noticias today (news image provided below), the Old Trafford outfit failed with their initial bid of 60 million euros (plus 5 million euros in add-ons). Now, they are preparing to return with an even bigger offer for the Porto striker.

The renowned Portuguese media outlet have mentioned that Man Utd are readying a bid worth more than 70 million euros to sign the 22-year-old center forward.
JN claim that the Premier League side are preparing a move worth £60m plus bonuses that would put pressure on Porto to sell as the bid would be very close to their asking price of £68.6million.
If the offer is accepted then it would be the biggest sale in the history of the Liga Nos club surpassing the 60 million euros deal agreed to offload the likes of Hulk and Luis Diaz.
Evanilson is an out-and-out center forward, who played a key role in helping the Primeira Liga side win the Portuguese League and the Cup titles last season.
The young South American started 37 games in all competitions and directly contributed in 26 goals (21 goals and 5 assists).
In almost a decade, no Manchester United striker has been able to reach the mark of 20 goals in a Premier League season. The last man to achieve the feat was Robin van Persie, who scored 26 goals in the title-winning 2012-13 campaign.
