Victor Font insists that the team should always be competitive in La Liga and the Champions League.
He doesn’t rule out selling Antoine Griezmann but explains that it wouldn’t be his personal decision – other board members would be responsible for it.

“You have to sell players who perform worse, and from there strengthen the team with youth and talent to remain competitive in La Liga and the Champions League,” Victor Font has said when asked about Antoine Griezmann’s future under the new board.

“It is another example of a decision [to sell Griezmann or not] that would not be made by me but by other board members,” the presidential candidate added.
