Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has paid her ex-husband Kanye West $23million for their Hidden Hills estate amid divorce.

Kim Kardashian is now the official owner of the luxurious Hidden Hills estate she had purchased with Kanye West.

The Kardashian had filed for divorce from Kanye West last year after six years of marriage. However, the exes have remained on good terms, even showing public support for each other in recent months.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star was awarded the Hidden Hills estate, which had served as the couple’s home during their marriage in the divorce proceedings.

E! News revealed that the Oct 15. document ordered Kim Kardashian to pay Kanye West $23million for the home, including $20 million for the property itself and $3 million for the contents inside. On the other hand, the SKIMS founder will solely own all the “furnishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances‚ collectibles, silver and art.”

Since the divorce announcement, the Kardashian and her four children have been living in the estate.

Kardashian, 40, bought West’s share of the estate for $23 million total after previously acquiring it with her estranged husband, 44, shortly after their 2014 nuptials and renovating it in 2019.

The duo spoke about their home’s renovations in an interview with Architectural Digest last February.

“I really didn’t know anything about furniture before I met Kanye, but being with him has been an extraordinary education. I take real pride now in knowing what we have and why it’s important.” Kim Kardashian told the magazine.

Last week, West listed his Monster Lake Ranch in Cody, Wyo., for $11 million which greatly coincides with the Kardashian’s property win.

As the exes continue to divide their assets, an insider shared with US weekly that the Kardashian and West would maintain a platonic relationship and co-parent their kids together.
