Friends, PhonePe app is an app based on Unified Payments Interface (UPI), which you can easily use to send money or receive money from someone.

It works on Unified Payments Interface (UPI), due to which you can send or receive money in a very short time, and for this, you do not have to fill in bank details repeatedly.

In the previous post, you had told all about Google’s  Tez app and this too is based on Unified Payments Interface (UPI) like PhonePe. Similarly, the Government of India also has its own Bheem app and it is also based on Unified Payments Interface (UPI).

Let us know that this app has been made by India’s leading company Flipkart and it is made on the platform developed by National Payments Corporation of India (NCPI) and it is powered by Yes Bank.

Along with sending money with the help of this app, you can do things like Bill Payment, Mobile Recharge, Online Shopping, Electric Bill, Fund Transfer, etc. very easily, that too in one click.

Money is automatically deducted from your own bank. Apart from this, it has a lot of functions which you will know only by using it.

What do you need to have to use PhonePe?

  • You must have your Android mobile.
  • There should be an Internet Connection.
  • You must have your ATM card.
  • Your mobile number should be registered in the bank.
  • You should have an account in any bank.
  • There should be a PhonePe UPI App.

How to use PhonePe?

STEP 1.  To use it, all of you must first download its app. You can download its app from the link below.

STEP 2.  After installing it, you have to open it and then click on Next.

STEP 3.  Here you have to choose your language. You can select any language. (I assume that you have chosen the English language)

STEP 4.  After this, you have to select the SIM which is registered with your bank. (Keep in mind that to use UPI, your mobile number needs to be linked to your bank)

STEP 5.  After this, by sending a message from your number, it will verify itself and after verification, you will also receive a message.

STEP 6.  And after this, you have to enter a 4 digit password and click on Activate Account.

STEP 7.  After this, you have to link your bank in it, in which you will see the list of all the banks. Click on the bank where you have an account.

STEP 8.  After this, your bank name and account number will come and for verification here, you have to fill in the last 6 digits of your debit card ie ATM card, and how long it is valid.

STEP 9.  After this, an OTP will come from your bank which has to be written here. And with this, your bank will be connected to your PhonePe app. Now you will not have to fill in details repeatedly to do any transaction. Instead, you just have to remember your MPIN, which you have made while connecting to the bank.
