- Bayern Munich could have repeated the feat as they’ve already won five trophies in 2020, with the Club World Cup award being the only one missing.
- However, FIFA have rescheduled the 2020 CWC for February next year, meaning that Barca remain the only club in history to win six trophies in a calendar year, Bleacher Report point out.
- The Club World Cup will be played between February 1 and 11, with Bayern and Al-Duhail being the only confirmed participants so far.
