It’s being reported in Spain that one call to Jules Kounde from Xavi turned the players’ head from signing for Chelsea. The defender is now headed to Barca.
During his press conference for the Juventus game earlier on Tuesday morning, Xavi was asked what he tells players to convince them to join Barcelona.

“I simply tell them the truth,” Xavi said.
“I tell them how beautiful the city is, how important they will be for me, how we will play etc.
“That’s how I am. I like to be involved in everything.”
