  • PSG have allegedly rejected Barca’s offer which includes Rakitic, Todibo and Dembele.
  • However, the Parisians are said to demand 215 million euros from the Catalans to be paid in full.
  • Barca consider these terms excessive and pull out of the negotiations.

Is Neymar really closing on Barcelona return? Not exactly, according to local top source Mundo Deportivo. They claim the deal is practically ruled out as the sides haven’t reached an agreement on Neymar’s total transfer fee.

First of all, Mundo Deportivo reveal that Paris Saint-Germain have rejected Barcelona’s most recent offer for Neymar which includes Ivan Rakitic, Jean-Clair Todibo and Ousmane Dembele. The Parisians value their wantaway star at 215 million euros. Apparently, they demand the same sum from the Catalans.

Barca delegation, for their part, consider PSG’s demands too excessive as they have already offered three players in return. That is why the Catalans have decided to pull out of the negotiations.

Mundo Deportivo now believe that Neymar’s arrival is virtually impossible unless a sudden change happens.
