Coutinho says that the league title still remains Barca’s goal despite the slow start.
The Brazilian says that the Osasuna win was a well-deserved one as the team performed greatly.
“We are working very hard, we deserved the win. We have to fight as usual. We’re still far from the top of the table, but we’ll come back,” Philippe Coutinho said after the 4-0 win over Osasuna.
“We have to fight for each game. The league is long. Our goal is to fight for the title. I’m happy with how the team performed.”
After the win, Barcelona have climbed to the 7th spot in La Liga. The Catalans have gathered 14 points in nine games, having registered four wins, two draws and three losses.
As for Coutinho, he started the match on the left wing and went on to score a goal. So far, he’s recorded three goals and two assists in nine matches.
