Speaking about Chelsea’s chances of catching Liverpool, Thomas Tuchel made a claim about the Reds new signing Luis Diaz.

“They got a huge player in winter to make their squad stronger and it is how it is. But we will not give in,” the Blues boss said.

Liverpool signed Luis Diaz from Porto in January. The Colombian forward has quickly adapted to the Premier League, scoring his debut Reds goal against Norwich on Saturday.

Chelsea were notoriously quiet in the transfer window. Their only ‘incoming’ in January was recalling Kenedy from his loan in Brazil.
