The accuracy of his tackles reminds me of prime Nesta': United supporters refute Wan-Bissaka criticism

The media continue to zero in on Wan-Bissaka’s weaknesses but fans believe there are shades of AC Milan legend Alessandro Nesta in the Englishman.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka remains the only right-back in the entire Premier League who is yet to receive a yellow card this season.

And while pundits tend to focus on the Englishman’s struggles in attack, Manchester United supporters are in awe of his tackling ability.

agieluma (via /r/RedDevils): “The accuracy of his tackles reminds me of prime Nesta by how cleanly he wins the ball from almost impossible angles. One can only hope he keeps on developing. He’s becoming more comfortable on the ball and his positioning.”
Rogueone65: “The referee and opposition don’t bother complaining! They know every tackle from him is 99% of the time clean.”
SculpX: “I like that he is now getting more and more into attacking position and delivered decent cross. Hopefully he will keep improving in anticipation for our new RW in the future.”
danyul91: “Pretty sure he’s got telescopic legs. He comes in from angles where it looks almost physically impossible to get the ball, but he always manages it. If he can nail down his positioning and put in a few more offensive shifts, I think we’re well on our way to locking down the RB position for years to come.”
Sbibsosmisn: “As a striker, one of the most soul crushing feeling is getting cleanly tackled many times in a game. Sterling will never be the same ever again because of Wan Bissaka and I’m glad that we have a player of his calibre in our team.”
