The Norwegian was impressed by Cavani’s predatorial instincts shown for the goal.
Ole says it’s good to have multiple options up-front now with El Matador’s arrival.
“That’s a centre-forward’s goal and you’ve got to be there to score,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said when speaking about Edinson Cavani’s goal vs Fulham.
“That’s what he does. If you just watch him, if you have a player cam on him, his movement is incredible, fantastic.
“We’ve just got to get used to using him more. In the second half when he gets his header, what a save by [Alphonse] Areola. So it’s good to have different options up front,” he also added.
Cavani scored his 4th Premier League goal of the season against Fulham and was a nightmare for their defenders with his movement. El Matador’s incredible work-rate to close down Fulham’s players and win back possession made him a joy to watch up front and proved why the Uruguayan striker needs to start more regularly for us going forward.
