Lingard is off to West Ham and Marcos Rojo is likely to follow him out of the club.
However, it looks like Sergio Romero is not going anywhere this month.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “Jesse Lingard loan deal is going through, likely that Marcos Rojo goes back to Argentina – a little bit of paperwork left to be done. Sergio Romero, not heard anything from there.
“We want Jesse to come back here revitalised having proven himself out on loan at West Ham – he has been unfortunate with us. I just want him to go there and enjoy himself.”
Lingard has featured in just 3 cup games for Manchester United this season while Rojo and Romero have failed to make a single appearance.
Should Lingard’s paperwork be submitted in time, he will actually have a chance to feature against Liverpool for West Ham in the Premier League on Sunday.
