Mohamed Salah has told Liverpool that he will return to training tomorrow and is eager to play against Leicester City, as per Paul Joyce of the times.
Salah’s Egypt side lost to Senegal in the final of the African Cup of Nations. This marks Salah’s second defeat in the Afcon final.
Joyce reports that Salah is ‘ready to throw himself back into football’ after his national team disappointment.
The rest of the squad will have a recovery day tomorrow after the FA Cup match, so it’s going to be a ‘bespoke training’ for Salah.
