Frenkie de Jong is reportedly reluctant to leave Barcelona but new Man United head coach Erik ten Hag is still trying to convince him to join the Red Devils.

The midfielder reportedly rejected his initial approach, saying he does not want to join a team that does not play in the Champions League.

“Don’t worry, it will only be for one year,” ten Hag told Frenkie, as per journalist Oriol Domenech.
