Man United have been credited with an interest in Harry Kane for a while but, according to The Athletic, the interest is no more.
Kane pushed to leave Tottenham last season but Daniel Levy managed to keep him.
This year, Spurs have qualified for the Champions League – unlike United – and the club owner are resolved to back Antonio Conte and keep Kane happy with an ambitious transfer campaign, with a £150 million investment to go on signings.
Now that Kane is happy at Tottenham and the club is able to provide the Champions League football, United have very few selling points.
Thus, they are moving on to more realistic targets, including Darwin Nunez who might be worth around €80 million.
