Barcelona have released an official note regarding Luis Suarez’s recent injury.As per the club sources, the Uruguayan has a lesion in the right leg.

The club reports that the 32-year-old is currently unavailable for selection while the terms of his recovery remain unknown as for now.

Suarez suffered from a row of dangerous tackles earlier in the game against Levante. Interestingly, the player didn’t plan to leave the pitch in the first half, however, his teammate Arturo Vidal was the one to push him towards a substitution.

Luis Suarez spent almost a month on the sidelines with a calf injury this season. In his 12 appearances for the Catalans in the 2019/20, the Uruguayan scored 8 goals and made an assist as he continues to be among the best La Liga goalscorers with 6 goals netted.
