The Frenchman was unable to become one of the goalscorers but still had a few bright moments on the pitch.
Anthony Martial proved just how much of a skilful player he is with an incredible dribble run against Leicester City.
In the first half, the Frenchman dropped back into his own half and received the ball from Luke Shaw with multiple players around him.
- He expertly took the ball around from Wilfred Ndidi before beating James Justin as well to move into the central areas.
- Martial then skips past a challenge from Wesley Fofana perfectly before fooling Youri Tielemans with an impressive flick as well.
- He moved into a promising area in the final third, but the Frenchman’s audacious pass wasn’t anticipated by Marcus Rashford.
- Martial might not have been involved in scoring any goals that game, but moments like this prove he’s getting better and better as the season progresses.
