Barcelona president Joan Laporta was asked whether the club will sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
“It’s not in Barca’s best interest to talk about other players,” Laporta responded.
“I’m not going to talk about players, one way or the other. It doesn’t contribute anything to Barca’s interests and they all deserve respect.”
Barca were named as one of the many clubs that could sign Ronaldo this summer.

While, the Blaugrana are laser-focused on getting Robert Lewandowski, alongside a new defender, we expected Laporta to state clearly whether Ronaldo was an option or not. He didn’t do that.
