He says he wants to see more goals from midfielders and more effectiveness at set-pieces.
The Dutchman reminds the media that Barca are the league’s best side in chances created.
“It’s not just Griezmann. There are many players on our front line who need to be more clinical,” Ronald Koeman has told the media ahead of the Huesca game.
“We need more goals from midfielders and be more effective from set-pieces. We have to improve in every way. We are the team that have created the most chances [in La Liga], a minimum of 6 per game. We have to believe in ourselves,” the Dutchman added.
Indeed, Barca’s finishing leaves much to be desired these days. Against Eibar, the team had plenty of scoring chances but managed to convert just one.
