Koeman explains decision to sub Dest off late in 2nd half vs Cadiz

Francisco Trincao came on for Sergino Dest in the 77th minute of the game.
Ronald Koeman explains that he was looking for some fresh legs on the wing.
“I subbed Dest off in search of some freshness on the wing with Trincao,” Ronald Koeman told the media after the Cadiz loss.

This seems like a very dubious decision by the coach. Sergino Dest was among our best performers on Saturday, creating chances all the time.
As for Trincao, the Portuguese didn’t produce a single shot and recorded a total number of just 11 passes.
