‘In theory, he’ll be in the squad’: Koeman confirms Ousmane Dembele’s return

The coach says he won’t name the squad for the Eibar game until Tuesday morning.
He claims Dembele has been doing well, training with the group for a while.
“We will name squad tomorrow but Ousmane’s good, he’s been training with the team for a while. So, in principle, he will be in the squad tomorrow,” Ronald Koeman has just confirmed in the press conference.

Dembele has missed 5 games due to a hamstring injury he sustained in the Cadiz defeat on December 5.

Ousmane’s return for the Eibar game will be crucial given Leo Messi is out with an ankle injury. The Frenchman has scored 4 goals and provided 2 assists this term.
