“The only club rumoured to sign Messi is Manchester City. It’s as if they have not been affected by the pandemic,” La Liga president Javier Tebas has just said, as quoted by Cadena SER.
“I’m concerned that they may sign Messi without complying with UEFA’s financial regulations.
