Lindelof played at right-back in the 2-2 draw.
Scholes reckons there simply has to be a better option in Wan-Bissaka’s absence.
Paul adds that United played better once the substitutes came on.
“I think [Victor] Lindelof at right-back, I don’t think we’ll see it again,” Paul Scholes told BT Sport after Manchester United drew 2-2 with Leicester City.
“I hope we don’t see it again. There has to be a better option than that. I thought Axel Tuanzebe was excellent when he came on, because Harvey Barnes was a real threat.”
The former United midfielder added: “United, really, I thought they were better once they made the subs. I think they left their best players on the bench.”
Aaron Wan-Bissaka did not play against the Foxes and our lack of options at right-back was rather apparent.
It was a nervy battle but both sides had to settle for a single point. As a result, the Red Devils remain fourth on the Premier League table with Liverpool five points ahead of us after a poor draw with 19th-placed West Brom.
