- The former Blaugrana star believes Barca are not ready to let Dembele leave because they believe in his potential.
- The French winger has shrugged off his injury troubles this season, scoring 2 goals in 5 games.
“Everybody sees the potential Dembele has,” ex-Blaugrana Jordi Cruyff told Cadena SER last night.
“It’s the main reason why Barcelona are afraid to let him go. Maybe in two years, he will become one of the three best players in the world.”
Dembele has been at Barca since 2017 but the injury nightmare stalled his progress.
Thankfully, the winger appears to be fit enough this season as he has already scored 2 goals and provided 1 assist in 5 matches.
