Ex-Barca chief names key reason why Lautaro Martinez did not join club

“Lautaro Martínez was very close to Barcelona,” former Catalans sporting director Ramon Planes said. “The negotiations took place before COVID-19.

“We had many meetings with his agents and with the Inter managers, with whom there is an excellent relationship.
