Edinson Cavani scored an equaliser against Fulham which means that his tally is now 4 goals in 12 league games for Man United.
According to the William Hill account on Twitter, no previous No.7 has managed to score more for United since 2014!
Angel Di Maria (2014-15) scored 3 goals in 27 games, Memphis Depay (2015-17) netted 2 in 33 games, while Alexis Sanchez (2018-19) got on the scoresheet 3 times in 32 matches in the competition.
Cavani needed just three and a half months to beat his predecessors’ records – just a reminder, he joined for free.
