• Diego Maradona will have to undergo emergency surgery in the coming hours, multiple sources confirm, including Sky Sport Italia.
• The Argentine great is suffering from a subdural hematoma and needs treatment for a blood clot on his brain.
• Maradona was hospitalized late on Monday for anaemia and dehydration.
• Diego scored 30 goals in 43 games for Barca between 1982 and 1984.
• He has been working as a head coach at Argentina top-tier club Gimnasia since September 2019.
