Cristiano Ronaldo has made history in becoming the first-ever individual to have over 400 million followers on Instagram.
The Portuguese forward reached the 400m mark a day after celebrating his 37th birthday.
Interestingly, Ronaldo only had about 237m followers when he rejoined Man United in September last year.
It has exponentially grown over the last few months, with the Portuguese star surpassing all the other major celebrities on the platform.

Kylie Jenner is behind him on the most-followed list with 308m followers, while Lionel Messi is third with 306m followers.
