Chelsea have offered Barcelona €70m plus Marcos Alonso for Frenkie de Jong, per Diario Sport.
Barca’s stance on the bid is unknown. We believe the Catalans would still want to get more money for the Dutchman.

Alonso is said to be closer than ever to joining Barcelona. De Jong, in turn, could be in favour of signing for the Blues.

Offloading De Jong should help Blaugrana register all of their new signings. Otherwise, they will have to activate another economic lever.
