The Portuguese midfielder believes United are building a squad that takes care of each other.
Bruno says he was pleased to see the players desire to not concede a late goal and seal the win against Villa.
But the midfielder insists that the Red Devils need to learn how to close games better.
Speaking after the win over Aston Villa, Bruno Fernandes said (as quoted by Daily Mail): “We are building something important. We know that.

“The most important for us is building a team, building a group of players who take care of each other. Today it was Eric [Bailly making a stoppage-time block] before it was David [De Gea] saving that ball, in other situations other players, but the main thing is the group has to be together.

“As I sit in the stands in the last two or three minutes, everyone is shouting and hoping not to concede a goal and to take care of the ball. Everyone wants that win and this is what it’s about. We have to build this more and more.

“It was tough but we have to learn from here. Also from the Leicester game [on Boxing Day which ended 2-2] we have to do much better. We have some situations to close the game. You have to close.”

Bruno’s mentality shows how confident the squad is right now and how well Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has brought a sense of togetherness among the players. Man United had to fight for the 3 points yesterday, but getting the big win allowed them to go joint-top with Liverpool in the Premier League table.
