The Portuguese midfielder demands so much from himself on the pitch.
Bruno insists he only demands his teammates to do better on the pitch for the benefit of the team.
When asked about his demanding attitude on the pitch, Bruno Fernandes said: “I demand an incredible amount of myself and I demand a lot from the people in my life.
“Demanding for me is not about being afraid of someone or that someone is bigger. When I demand something from someone, it is because I think they can do it.
“I am demanding because I think you are capable of doing what I ask. It’s not about me or what I want, but rather that that person should get better for themselves and the team.”
Bruno’s demanding attitude reportedly won over the attention of Man United players from day one, with Scott McTominay even praising the Portuguese midfielder’s nature. It’s this never-say-die attitude that has inspired Bruno to do so well and transform the Red Devils from mid-table dwellers to Premier League title challengers this season.
