Bizarre rumours link N’Golo Kante with Barca or Real Madrid move

  • Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are reportedly interested in the midfielder.
  • The 28-year-old seemingly prefers Los Blancos, according to a rather unreliable El Desmarque.
  • He is rated at 100 million euros.

According to Spanish source El Desmarque, Chelsea midfield maestro N’Golo Kante is looking for a new challenge in his career and wants to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

The report says Barcelona are among big clubs who are eager to sign the midfielder. A potential move to Camp Nou would see the World Cup winner joining his countrymen Antoine Griezmann, Jean-Clair Todibo, Samuel Umtiti, and Clement Lenglet.

However, it is claimed that the 28-year-old prefers a Real Madrid move. The central midfielder has a good relationship with Zinedine Zidane and the manager has asked the club to sign his countryman.

It should be noted that Kante is valued at 100 million euros. This makes him less affordable for either of the clubs.

In fact, the report doesn’t seem to be a credible one. Kante earlier claimed in the interview to Telefoot he would be happy to retire at Chelsea.

So far this season, Kante has made 14 appearances for the Blues and scored three goals.
