Barcelona superstar close to signing for Juventus this summer
Lionel Messi of Barcelona is set to stay for another season at the Camp Nou until his current contract runs out in the summer of 2021. The player and his father have failed to come to conclusion with the board regarding the release clause which means that Messi has no other option but to see his contract out.
However, that is not the case for his best mate and partner in crime, Luis Suarez. The former Liverpool striker’s contract is set to expire in the summer of 2021, however, the newly appointed manager Ronald Koeman does not wish to include Suarez in his plans.
The striker has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain and Ajax Amsterdam, however, recent reports now state that Juventus are the frontrunners for the player’s signature.

Andrea Pirlo, the newly appointed coach of Juventus is looking to offload former Chelsea superstar Gonzalo Higuain this summer. Pirlo believes that despite Suarez being 33-years-old still has a season or two left in his boots.
According to El Desmarque, Luis Suarez will have to sit for a small exam before completing his move to Juventus as the South American’s Uruguyuan passport seems to be an issue in the Serie A.
The report also states that the South American striker has asked for 15 million euros a season, however, there are no official reports yet as to how long a contract are the Bianconeri willing to offer.
