Barcelona are set to reopen talks for Robert Lewandowski, according to German outlet Sport1.
The Blaugrana are not giving up on getting their man despite Bayern’s reluctance to let the player go.
Reopening talks with the Bavarians means that Barca may have made some sort of breakthrough with the stubborn Germans – but it also means they may have decided to pay the €50m being demanded for Lewandowski’s transfer.
As for the striker, there’s barely any doubt about him wanting to join Barca. The 33-year-old reportedly made that clear during a meeting with Xavi this week.
