An earlier report from Le Parisien claims that Barcelona have offered the Ligue 1 outfit €60-80m plus Philippe Coutinho in exchange for the Brazilian. Reportedly, the French club want to earn between €180m and €200 from Neymar’s. The Catalans value Coutinho at €120m and thus consider the offer to be fair.

Another source, Ignacio Miguelez of El ChiringuitoTV claims that Ney has reached an agreement with both Real Madrid and Barcelona but would still prefer a Camp Nou return, despite Los Blancos’ personal offer being better. The winger reportedly waiting for the parties to agree on a move.

The same source claims that Barca have in fact offered €120m plus Coutinho in exchange for Neymar.
