Barcelona and Chelsea are at loggerheads over two players Raphinha and Jules Kounde.
The Blues have more money to spend and have tabled a massive bid for Raphinha. Regardless, Barca made a counter bid, but it was below par and likely to be rejected.
As for Kounde, neither Barcelona nor Chelsea are yet to make an official bid. Again, the Frenchman would be another expensive player for anyone who gets him.

The transfer battle could rage on for a few more weeks. However, it looks like the winnings will be split between both clubs – one club gets Raphinha while the other gets Kounde.
