Chelsea are doing everything they can to sign Jules Kounde from Sevilla, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The English giants are keen on signing a replacement for Rudiger and have been tracking Kounde for months.
It may come down to who has the most financial muscle in the end as Sevilla only wants money for their star defender.
