Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Alexandre Lacazette as they continue their search for a new striker in January. Los Colchoneros plan to get the French stiker in part-exchange deal which could see midfielder Thomas Lemar join the Gunners, Marca reports.
Edinson Cavani remains Atletico’s priority target in January but the Spanish giants doubt they can sign the Uruguayan six month before his contract with the French champions ends.
Diego Simeone’s side will be ready to submit an offer for Lacazette once signing the PSG striker is no longer an option this month.
