After Edinson Cavani was banned for 3 games for his ‘Negrito’ comments on Instagram last month, Ander Herrera wrote: “If they ban you for that. The world is going to s***. Big hugs and stay strong Edi.”

Herrera played with Cavani at PSG for a season and being a Man United fan, it’s understandable why he’s so angry with the ridiculous decision.

Considering that many experts have made it clear that Cavani did not mean his comments in an offensive manner, it is baffling how the FA can even ban El Matador for what he wrote.

The Uruguayan striker will now miss the next 3 games in all competitions for United, including the Premier League game against Aston Villa and Carabao Cup semi-finals against Man City.
