Aguero reveals heartwarming message from his father upon retirement

“When I was a player, my father never told me that I played well. When I retired, he told me that I was the best player he ever saw,” Sergio Aguero has told TyC Sports, recalling his father’s message upon Sergio’s retirement.

The Argentine was forced to retire from football in December 2021 due to heart problems.

Aguero is expected to remain in the world of football as an ambassador of one of his former clubs.
