Video: Police Beat Up Church Members And Their Pastor For Holding Service Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

A video has emerged which captured moment some Zimbabwean Police officers stormed a church and started flogging church members and their pastor for refusing to obey stay at home order of the government amid coronavirus pandemic.

As seen in the video below, the members are running helter-skelter as police officers beat them mercilessly.

This online news medium had reported that Zimbabwe on Friday confirmed it’s first case of the novel coronavirus making Zimbabwe the 38th African country to be infected by the deadly Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Zimbabwe’s President Mnangagwa wins second term in disputed vote

According to a statement from Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Health and Child Care, the patient was a 38 year-old Caucasian resident of Victoria Falls. He has a recent travel history to Manchester in the United Kingdom.

He arrived in the country on March 15 from South Africa. The statement adds that he self quarantined and subsequently reported symptoms leading to a test being run at a facility in the capital Harare.
