receiving March stipends in April 14th is not good news at all while the n creative beneficiaries has not received anything since January this year, its a sad experience which i think has to be addressed if this programme must survive. Thanks

When will APC and the media stop this their fraudulent attitude? You deleted our posting letter and means of ldentification from our portal, asking us to ‘re-upload it at this critical period of covid 19, telling us that, will not be paid until we upload the document. Why do you want to tarnish and destroy what you have laboured so hard for at d verge of success? It is a pity.
