Following Thursday’s announcement by the Federal Government of Nigeria regarding the launch of the N-Power Batch C, applicants are expected to update their profile and take test for possible shortlisting to the next stage of the N-Power application process, Afriupdate News reports.

It is noteworthy that all successful candidates will be sent a mail and given directions by N-Power handlers as regards the next stage.

According to N-Power Scheme, candidates not selected can re-apply for the next batch of the programme as soon as it opens for application.

Recall that Batches A and B beneficiaries were disengaged from the famed scheme in July 2020, with over 14, 000 of them being owed five-month stipends.

About N-Power programme

The N-Power scheme is Nigeria’s work-for-cash social assistance initiative, inaugurated by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2016 with thousands of direct beneficiaries (graduate and non-graduate) spread across the key industries targeted by the programme – Education, Agriculture, Health, and Tax.

N-Power was domiciled under the control of the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, but since the start of the second tenure of the Buhari administration, Ms Sadiya Farouq’s ministry (Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development) has been in charge.

After more than seven months, the federal government on Thursday, officially launched the N-Power Batch C set, which is one of the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) initiated by the Buhari-led administration.

Authorities released a link for N-Power Batch C applicants to take their test and subsequently carry out the process.

In Case You Missed It, N-Power Batch C 2020 applicants can now log into http://nasims.gov.ng to take their test.
