Don Jazzy Reveals Why He Is Not Joining #EndSARS Protests

Popular Nigerian music producer and record label executive Don Jazzy, has given his reasons for not joining other celebrities in protesting brutality and extortion by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

Recall that protests on the streets and social media, have been going on nationwide for over 72 hours.

Notable names like Falz, Runtown, Mr Macaroni, etc have joined Nigerians in demanding action against SARS.

Don Jazzy has now revealed that he is unable to be a part of it due to health reasons.

When asked by a fan on Twitter to come out and motivate people, he replied: “True, true wish I was healthy enough.

“But I commend every single soul doing it. It’s not beans. #EndSars #EndPoliceBrutality.”

Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday night, confirmed that he has met with the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.

The president expressed his determination to reform the Police Force and ensure that officers are fully accountable to Nigerians.
