Kebbi State Governor, Abubakar Bagudu has approved the payment of July salary for civil servants to celebrate Sallah.
Disclosing this in Birnin Kebbi yesterday, the Commissioner for Finance, Ibrahim Augie, said the governor’s gesture was to allow civil servants to celebrate the Eid-el- Kabir joyfully with their family members.

He said: “His Excellency has graciously approved the payment of salaries for state and local councils today, July 15, 2021.

“Already, the Ministry of Finance has concluded arrangements to henceforth pay all salaries through the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS) window to avoid delays experienced in using commercial banks.”
