The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed a legal team with 12 Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) to defend the win of the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, in the 2023 presidential election.
The legal team, which was approved by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party, is led by Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN). Other members of the team are Chief Afe Babalola (SAN); Chief Adeniyi Akintola (SAN); Chief Akin Olujinmi (SAN); Chief Lateef Fagbemi (SAN); Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN); Chief T. O. S. Benson (SAN); Chief Robert Clarke (SAN); Chief Joe Kyari-Gadzama (SAN); Chief Dele Adesina (SAN); Chief Gabriel Olorunfemi (SAN); and Chief Ken Mozia (SAN).
The appointment of the legal team is in line with the APC’s commitment to ensure the successful and peaceful conduct of the 2023 presidential election. The team will also provide legal advice and representation to the party and its candidate.undefined
