Nigeria Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Friday reiterated the Buhari administration’s plan to lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in ten years.

The VP, however, said this will not be based on a business as usual approach, but a common-sense strategy that will deliver the results President Muhammadu Buhari promised.

Osinbajo said the government and stakeholders must be very intentional about the objectives and how to achieve them.

Prof. Osinbajo spoke in Abuja on Friday at the inaugural meeting of the National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy Steering Committee held at the Presidential Villa.
