Moroccan Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Othmani warned on Tuesday in a parliamentary hearing session that returning to total lockdown is a possible option if the COVID-19 spread becomes uncontrollable.

“None of us want a return to total lockdown, but it remains an option if the epidemiological situation becomes uncontrollable,” he said.
