The bar question: to reopen or not to?

The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture on Wednesday was forced to issue a statement on the status of drinking bars and nightclubs.

The statement signed by Minister Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, clarified that drinking bars and night clubs remain closed, whiles food chains and restaurants (including hotel restaurants) can operate takeout and delivery services only.
